6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-compliance or delay in compliance with our obligation due to events that are not in our control including but not limited to any acts of God, natural calamities, the act of government, strikes, lockouts, any form of protest, emergencies, war, terrorism, explosions, fire, epidemics, pandemics, accidents, etc.

7. Products & Pricing

The prices mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST and exclude shipping costs that shall be added at check out. While we try and ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices of products displayed on the website are accurate, human errors may occur at the time of listing the product. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information at any time without giving prior notice of the same.
We also reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order that you may place based on such erroneous, inaccurate, or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment, or return policies. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KJ Apparels, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees arising from or related to your use of this site.

11. Applicable Law

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of INDIA. The Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

12. Disclaimer

• You hereby expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

• We refuse to make any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. We click our photos in natural light or under controlled lighting. The actual colour of the product might vary slightly, depending on lighting, camera settings, and device screen display settings. Nevertheless, we strive that the product displayed on the website is closest to how it looks in reality.

• We try to ensure that all the information on the website is correct, but we neither warrant nor make any representation regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, product, or service. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting therefrom.

• Neither shall we be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services.
