The designs made using handcrafted techniques like hand block printing, kalamkaari, tie-dye, weaving, and hand embroidery will be different from each other owing to its craft, hence don’t treat it as a defect.
However when shopping online, the colour of the product may slightly vary from its image because of photographic lighting and your monitor settings.

Every garment is made with utmost love and care at TULINI. Hence to maintain its quality and durability we request you to follow our wash care instructions which are mentioned as below:
1. We strongly recommend a hand wash for the durability of the product.
2. Wash dark colors separately.
3. Products of Hand block print, Kalamkari print or any such craft may bleed in first few washes hence wash them separately every time.
4. Do not soak or scrub hard.
5. Use mild detergents.
6. Dry in shade.
7. Do not scrub and iron on embellishments and decorations.
No, we do not take any alteration requests or customization orders.
All COD orders are dispatched after getting a confirmation from customers on Whatsapp or Email to avoid the risk of rejection and RTO. No reply from customers to confirm their COD orders lead to cancellation of orders after 2 working days.
Yes, you can return/ exchange a product. Kindly refer to our Exchange/return/refund policy to know the process. To place a return/ exchange request, mail us on info@tulini.in with your order details and our team will get in touch with you.
We do not have a reverse pick-up facility; hence the customer will have to ship us the product back. We recommend you opt for a reliable courier service. The customer will be responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning the product.
Items on sale are not eligible for return/refund. They are eligible for size exchange or product exchange of same or higher value only.
After we receive your returned product and it has met all the exchange/return criteria:
(a) For Exchange: We will dispatch your exchanged product within 2 business days
(b) For refund: Refund shall be initiated in within 2 business days.
Yes, we deliver at all locations in India. However we use third party courier services to deliver our products, hence we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location which is not serviceable by them, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to make the products reach you.
