Refund policy

Before you return a TULINI product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. The fabrics sourced to make our products are of high quality and some are handcrafted by using the techniques of hand-block printing, tie-dye, and weaving, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. Please don’t think of an irregular weave or print or varied shades of tie-dye or a stitch as a defect. Despite these variables, at TULINI we stand behind the quality of our products and we will accept your return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return policy before you return any product:

1. Order once placed, cannot be cancelled. It can only be returned.

2. A return can be initiated within 15 days from the date of the invoice. After the said period we will not accept any requests.

3. To return your product, E-mail us at info@tulini.in with your order details, and our team will get in touch with you and process your return.

4. Items on sale are not eligible for return/refund. They are eligible for size exchange or product exchange of same or higher value only.

5. We do not have a reverse pick-up facility, hence the customer will have to ship us the product back. We recommend you opt for a reliable courier service. The customer will be responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning the product. Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The customer will have to share the courier details of the product returned including the name of the courier agency opted, tracking number/document number, and date of shipping with us at info@tulini.in.

6. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and is in a saleable condition.

7. We request you to maintain the original packaging of the products to be returned, including the TULINI tags and invoice.

8. Once our team has received your returned product, the return and refund are subject to your return product have met the appropriate requirements of being undamaged. TULINI reserves the right to reject the return from any particular customer, in case the return criteria are not met.

9. The refund will be initiated within 2-4 working days after we receive the earlier shipment using the same online mode of payment through which the order was originally made and will be reflected in your bank account within 10-15 business days. Shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable.
